These tablets use the same Android 4.4.2 OS, so both of them should give very similar operating system features. Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition)'s body is notably heavier but much thinner than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and both were released only a few months apart.
The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a much bigger display and a lot better quantity of pixels per inch of display.
