Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a 66.5 score against 65.6. Both tablets in this comparison review work with the same Android 4.4.2 OS (Operating System), so both of them should offer the same operating system features. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's body is older, thicker and just a bit heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has lesser CPU cores , and they both have a 1,5 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also counts with an extra GPU. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has a higher 1280 x 800px resolution and more pixels per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a very superior camera than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. Both of them have the same resolution back camera. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has 16 GB internal storage.

Although Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a better device, it costs more than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, resigning some specifications.
