The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an overall score of 68.7, which is much better than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C)'s general score of 59.5. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an older 4.2.2 version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4 version.
