Comparison review
The Google Nexus 9 has a score of 74.5, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's 68.7 overall score. Both tablets we compare here include Android OS, but the Google Nexus 9 has 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has Android 4.2.2 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and better performance. Google Nexus 9's design is newer than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's, although it's incredibly heavier and a bit thicker.
The Google Nexus 9 has a way better screen than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a little bigger display, way more pixels per inch of display and a way higher 2048 x 1536 resolution. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a much better memory for apps and games than Google Nexus 9, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
The Google Nexus 9 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 2 processing cores, the Google Nexus 9 also counts with more RAM and a 64-bit CPU. Google Nexus 9 features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a much better resolution camera and a much better video definition.
Google Nexus 9 has a way better battery life than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has 6700mAh of battery capacity against 4450mAh.
Google Nexus 9 costs a bit more than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
