The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is better than the HP ProPad 600, having a general score of 68.7 against 58.2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with Android 4.2.2 OS, and HP ProPad 600 counts with Windows 8.1 OS. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch and HP ProPad 600 were released only a few months apart, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a lot lighter and extremely thinner.
HP ProPad 600 features a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a larger display, a little more pixels per display inch and a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution. The HP ProPad 600 has a little bit better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
