Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a little bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M2, with a global score of 68.7 against 65.5. Both tablets in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an older 4.2.2 version while Huawei MediaPad M2 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is older than Huawei MediaPad M2, it's design is just a bit thinner and just a bit lighter.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 features just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 1,5 GB more RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad M2 has a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen.
Huawei MediaPad M2 has a slightly better storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB. The Huawei MediaPad M2 has a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity instead of 4450mAh.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch takes slightly better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad M2, although it has a way lower video quality and a back camera with way less mega pixels resolution.
