Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a global score of 68.7, which is slightly better than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8's 64.2 score. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a noticeably lighter and thinner tablet device than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with Android 4.2.2 OS, and Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has Windows 8.1 OS.
The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px and a bit larger screen.
