The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a a lot lighter and extremely thinner tablet than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch comes with Android 4.2.2 operating system, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro works with Windows operating system.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a much powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because although it has 6,5 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a greater number of cores.
