The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, with a overall score of 68.7 against 65.1. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch comes with Android 4.2.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's design is extremely lighter and much thinner than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, even when both of them were released with only 4 months difference.
