Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a global score of 75.1, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's 68.7 general score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, and Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch works with Android 4.2.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a way newer portable tablet than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, but it's a lot heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen, a really bigger display and a lot better 1824 x 2736 pixels resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with a much more powerful processor than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU and 2 more cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a really longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
