The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is slightly better than Moto Tab G20, with a 68.7 score against 66.3. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has 4.2.2 version while Moto Tab G20 has Android 11 version, so it provides you some additional features. Even though the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is noticeably older and just a little bit heavier than the Moto Tab G20, it's design is still a bit thinner.
Moto Tab G20 features a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 6 more CPU cores and 1,5 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a bit more vivid screen than Moto Tab G20. Both have the same amount of pixels per inch in the display, exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280 and a display with the same size.
Motorola Moto Tab G20 features a slightly better camera than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have a 5 mega-pixels resolution back camera, the Motorola Moto Tab G20 also has a way higher video quality. Moto Tab G20 counts with much more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory, the Moto Tab G20 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 2 TB.
The Motorola Moto Tab G20 features a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a 15% bigger battery capacity.
