The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is much better than OnePlus Pad 2, with a overall score of 68.7 against 58.4. Although Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is extremely older and thicker than OnePlus Pad 2, it's construction is still notably lighter. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has newer 4.2.2 version while OnePlus Pad 2 has Android 14, offering a couple nice extra features and a performance increase.
OnePlus Pad 2 features a lot better looking display than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a lot higher resolution of 2120 x 3000 pixels, a lot larger screen and a lot greater screen density. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a lot better performance than OnePlus Pad 2, because although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with a GPU.
OnePlus Pad 2 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a lot higher (4K) video resolution and a much higher 13 megapixels resolution back camera. The OnePlus Pad 2 counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
The OnePlus Pad 2 has a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a 9510mAh battery size against 4450mAh.
