Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a score of 68.7, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0's global score of 64.9. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has the previous 4.2.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch body is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0. They have the same amount of pixels per inch in the display, an equal resolution of 800 x 1280px and a same size display. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a greater memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has lesser cores , and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a 12 percent bigger battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab E 8.0 shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch. Both of them have the same 1280x720 video definition, a same resolution back camera and the same video frame rates.
