Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, with a global score of 78.5 against 68.7. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has Android 4.2.2. Even being the best we are comparing here, it must be noted that it is also a lot heavier and just a little bit thicker.
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a little faster processor than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has a worse 450 MHz graphics co-processor, it also counts with more cores and a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with a better looking display than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a really bigger display and a greater pixel count in each inch of display.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has more internal memory. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a better camera than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a back-facing camera with way more MP and a way higher (Full HD) video definition.
