Comparison review
Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a global score of 73.6, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's 68.7 overall score. Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's design is newer, somewhat lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch. The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch counts with a better looking display than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch also has a much greater amount of pixels per inch in the display and a way higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has more internal storage and an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a little better battery performance than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because it has an 11% greater battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch captures a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, although it has a way lower 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a lot lower 5 mega pixels resolution camera in the back.
