Galaxy Tab S4 is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, having a overall score of 78.8 against 68.7. The Galaxy Tab S4 design is newer and a little thinner, but much heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch. The Galaxy Tab S4 features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution, a lot bigger screen and a much higher display density. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 400 GB.
