The Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a way better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a lot higher screen density, a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a larger display. Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has a better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has a worse 600 megahertz graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM memory, a 64 bits processing unit and a larger number of cores.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a slightly better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch takes clearer videos and photos than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, although it has a way less megapixels resolution back camera and a lot worse video quality.
