Comparison review
The Acer Iconia W700 has a global score of 59.6, which is a bit better than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's score of 57.5. The Acer Iconia W700 comes with Windows 8 Pro OS, while Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 OS. Acer Iconia W700's construction is older, way heavier and noticeably thicker than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids.
GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a slightly better display than Acer Iconia W700, although it has a little bit less pixels per inch of display, a lot smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels. Acer Iconia W700 counts with a quite better processing power than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Acer Iconia W700 also has an additional graphics co-processor and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids features just a bit better camera than Acer Iconia W700, although it has a camera in the back with much less mega pixels resolution. Acer Iconia W700 features a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 120 GB more internal storage.

Although Acer Iconia W700 is a better device, it costs a lot more than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Acer Iconia W700, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, letting go a couple features and specifications.
