The Blackview Tab 18 is way better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, with a score of 71.2 against 57.5. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Blackview Tab 18 has a more recent 13 version while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 version.
