The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a global score of 58.7, which is slightly better than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's 57.5 global score. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows operating system, while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids works with Android 4.1 operating system.
