Microsoft Surface Go has an overall score of 66.5, which is better than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's score of 57.5. The Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS, and Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 OS. Even though the Microsoft Surface Go is heavier than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, it's somewhat thinner and also incredibly newer.

The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids features a little bit better display than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024, a little bit worse screen pixels density and a much smaller screen. Microsoft Surface Go counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

The Microsoft Surface Go has a little better hardware performance than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also has more RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Go shoots better photographs and videos than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera.

GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Go.

Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Go, else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, resigning a couple features and specs.
