Microsoft Surface Pro has a global score of 63.2, which is slightly better than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's 57.5 global score. Microsoft Surface Pro comes with Windows 8 Pro operating system, and Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with Android 4.1 operating system. Even being the best tablet device in our current comparison, the Microsoft Surface Pro design is older, incredibly heavier and noticeably thicker than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids.

The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a faster processing unit than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory and a graphics co-processor. Microsoft Surface Pro features a screen that's just as good as the display in GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, although the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a little bit better display density, a lot higher 1080 x 1920 resolution and a lot larger screen.

The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a camera in the back with a way better resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with much more storage to store more apps and games than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage.

The Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a much longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, letting go a couple specs and features.
