OSCAL Pad 15 is much better than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, having a global score of 64.4 against 57.5. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the OSCAL Pad 15 has a more recent 13 version and Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 version. The OSCAL Pad 15 design is incredibly thinner but heavier than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids.
The OSCAL Pad 15 counts with a greater performance than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has 6 more cores and a larger amount of RAM. The Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a little bit better screen than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has a way worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixel quantity in each display inch.
