The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is a bit better than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, having a 62.8 score against 57.5. Even though the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is just a bit heavier than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, it's thinner and also newer. Both devices in this review work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a more recent 7.1 Nougat version and GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 version.
The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 counts with a bit faster CPU than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has 512 MB more RAM and a higher number of cores. GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a little smaller display and a little bit worse resolution of 600 x 1024, it also counts with a just a little better pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 captures just a bit better photographs and videos than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a lot better resolution back facing camera. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 128 GB and 8 GB more internal memory.
