The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is way better than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, getting a general score of 74.3 against 57.5. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 body is newer and a lot thinner than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's, but it is also much heavier. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the newer 4.4.2 version and GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1, so it offers a couple additional features and better performance.
