Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is much better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, having a score of 82.1 against 57.5. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has newer 14 version and GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 version, so it gives you lots of additional features and increased performance. Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra's body is noticeably thinner but notably heavier than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has a way worse quantity of pixels per display inch, a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024px and a way smaller display.
