Huawei MediaPad M1 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, with a 61.5 score against 57.4. Although Huawei MediaPad M1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Huawei MediaPad M1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, resigning a couple features and specs.
