The Microsoft Surface 2 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, getting a general score of 63.4 against 58.5. The Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 OS, and Galaxy Tab 3 V counts with Android 4.4 OS.
