The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, having a 65.1 score against 58.5. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a much heavier and extremely thicker tablet device than Galaxy Tab 3 V. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Galaxy Tab 3 V counts with Android 4.4 operating system.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a just a bit higher pixels density and a way bigger screen.
