The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, with a 66.9 score against 58.5. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a way larger screen, a much better amount of pixels per inch of display and a lot better resolution of 2736 x 1824px.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a much greater storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
