Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a global score of 65.6, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V's score of 58.5. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's body is a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has newer 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4, so it gives you a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1280 x 800px.
