Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, having a 78.5 score against 58.5. Both of these tablets include the same Android 4.4 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 construction is way heavier but thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V.
