Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is a lot better than Galaxy Tab 3 V, having a 75.8 score against 58.5. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has newer 12 version and Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4, so it provides you a lot of extra features.
