Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is much better than the Alcatel JOY TAB, getting a score of 67.8 against 59.4. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has older 4.4.2 version and Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is an extremely older and much heavier tablet than the Alcatel JOY TAB, but Samsung was able to make it just a bit thinner anyway.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a bit more vivid screen than Alcatel JOY TAB, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with a bigger screen. The Alcatel JOY TAB's processing unit is very similar to Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's CPU, because although the Alcatel JOY TAB has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have 4 cpu cores, it also counts with 512 MB more RAM.
The Alcatel JOY TAB features a much bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that admits up to 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a very superior battery life than Alcatel JOY TAB, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity instead of 4080mAh.
Alcatel JOY TAB has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video quality, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a way more mega-pixels back facing camera.
