Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a score of 67.8, which is a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB 2's global score of 62.5. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has 4.4.2 version while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10, so it provides you some extra features and performance improvements. Even though the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is noticeably older and way heavier than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, it's design is still just a bit thinner.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a bit more vivid screen than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel amount per inch in the screen, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with a bigger screen. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB and 16 GB more internal storage.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also counts with a larger amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a really longer battery life than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a 6800mAh battery size against 4080mAh.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a lot more megapixels camera and a much higher 1920x1080 video quality.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 costs a bit more money than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
