Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a score of 67.8, which is a bit better than Blackview Oscal Pad 15's 63.8 overall score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is better than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, it must be noted that it is also older, a bit thicker and a bit heavier. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has 4.4.2 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13 version, so it provides some nice extra features.
