Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is better than Blackview Tab 12, with a 67.8 score against 59.4. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is an a lot older, just a little bit thicker and heavier tablet than Blackview Tab 12. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has 4.4.2 version while Blackview Tab 12 has Android 11 version, so it provides you some extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a little sharper screen than Blackview Tab 12, although it has a lot worse pixel amount per inch of screen and a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, they both have a screen of the same size. Blackview Tab 12 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with more processing cores and more RAM.

The Blackview Tab 12 captures clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a camera in the back with much more mega-pixels and a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
