The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an overall score of 67.8, which is a little bit better than the Lenovo TAB3 10's overall score of 61.9. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has older 4.4.2 version while Lenovo TAB3 10 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
