Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface 3, with a global score of 67.8 against 66.3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 body is a bit thinner and a lot lighter than the Microsoft Surface 3, despite of the fact that it was released around 13 months before. Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a little sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a lot lower screen density, a bit smaller screen and a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280. Microsoft Surface 3 captures slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a much better video quality and a much better resolution back facing camera.
Microsoft Surface 3 features much more memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is not only the best tablets in our current comparison, but it's also very cheap compared to the other ones.
