The Nokia Lumia 2520 has a general score of 68.6, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's general score of 67.8. Nokia Lumia 2520's construction is way heavier and thicker than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. Nokia Lumia 2520 works with Windows RT 8.1 operating system, and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system.

Although Nokia Lumia 2520 is a better device, it is more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
