The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a global score of 67.8, which is slightly better than the OSCAL ELITE 1's 67.1 score. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has newer 4.4.2 version and OSCAL ELITE 1 has Android 14 version, so it offers some extra features.
