The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a global score of 67.8, which is much better than the OSCAL Pad 90's 57.9 overall score. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has the newer 4.4.2 version while OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14, giving you some nice extra features.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a much better screen than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a little smaller display.
