Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a general score of 67.8, which is a little bit better than Samsung Ativ Tab's general score of 66.7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 construction is newer, lighter and somewhat thinner than Samsung Ativ Tab. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2 OS, and Samsung Ativ Tab works with Windows RT OS.
Samsung Ativ Tab features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has lesser cores (although they are faster) and a slower graphics processing unit working at 400 MHz, it also counts with more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Ativ Tab, although it has a bit worse screen density and a little bit worse resolution of 800 x 1280, they both have a display with the same size.
Samsung Ativ Tab features a much better memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and although they both have a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has more internal memory capacity. The Samsung Ativ Tab has longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has an 8200mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, although it has a lower 1280x720 video definition and a way lower 3 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is also by far the cheapest, making it an easy decision.
