Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a general score of 67.8, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's general score of 63. Both tablets in this comparison work with the same Android 4.4.2 OS (Operating System). Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a newer tablet, and it is also somewhat thinner and lighter than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a bit better screen than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. Both have a display with the same size, a greater pixel count in each inch of screen and exactly the same 800 x 1280 pixels resolution.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's storage for apps and games is very similar to the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 one, both of them have the same 16 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 64 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 captures a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, although it has a lot less megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a worse 1280x720 (HD) video quality.

The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.
