Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, having a 67.8 score against 65.9. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 construction has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, but it is just a bit lighter. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2.
