Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, with a 67.8 score against 60.7. These devices work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4 version. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's construction is a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E, despite of the fact that it was released about 15 months before.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a little better performance than Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 1,5 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also has an extra GPU. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a just a little inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with a quite bigger display.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E captures a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and although they both have the same 1280x720 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Tab E also has a back camera with a much better resolution. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a little bit more storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that supports 64 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because it has a 36 percent more battery size.
