The Galaxy Tab S3 is better than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, having a score of 75.2 against 67.8. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab S3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2 version, offering a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements. The Galaxy Tab S3 construction is newer, a lot thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1.
Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab S3 also counts with 2,5 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a slightly better screen than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and a much higher display pixels density.
Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a way better 3840x2160 video resolution and a back-facing camera with a much better 13 megapixels resolution.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a little longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a 6800mAh battery size instead of 6000mAh.
