Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is better than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, with a general score of 75.8 against 67.8. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra construction is incredibly lighter and notably thinner than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has an older 12 version while Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2 version.
