Galaxy TabPro S has a global score of 75, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's global score of 67.8. The Galaxy TabPro S counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS. Although the Galaxy TabPro S is incredibly heavier than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, it's somewhat thinner and newer.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy TabPro S, although it has a much worse screen density, a much lower 800 x 1280 resolution and a little smaller screen.
