Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is better than the Xperia Tablet S, having a 67.8 score against 58.9. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 construction is newer, way thinner and somewhat lighter than the Xperia Tablet S. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version.
The Sony Xperia Tablet S has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, although it has a worse graphics processor running at 416 MHz and 512 MB lesser RAM, they both have a Quad-Core processing unit. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a little more vivid display than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a little worse amount of pixels per inch in the display, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with a quite larger display.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Tablet S, although it has a much less MP resolution back camera. The Sony Xperia Tablet S features a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
